Description: Following a healthy lifestyle including physical activity and healthy eating can help to prevent disease and improve overall quality of life.  Learn more about physical activity and healthy eating in the workplace using this 3 panel display.

Special Instructions: Recommended pamphlets to accompany the display include “Canada’s Physical Activity Guide to Healthy Active Living” and “Eating Well with Canada’s Food Guide”.

Portion Distortion

Description: With portion sizes getting bigger its no wonder that we are too!  This display kit includes a banner highlighting the role of portion size in a healthy diet.   Also includes food models and display cards that reflect portion sizes recommended by Canada’s Food Guide.

Special Instructions: It is recommended that you book a tall 3 panel display board from the resource centre to hang the banner.
